This is a great park! We appreciate the fact that it's an adult only park....after a summer of being in family parks, this is an awesome, very quiet treat. The park is very well maintained and the people in the office went above and beyond to make sure we knew about the bus lines, where stuff is, and what's going on in town. We will definitely be back!

If they put Wi-Fi in this park it would be a great park. They do have gravel roads and it's a bit dusty but for a few days it shouldn't be a big deal. We could listen to the Elk bugle and watch the stars. Cool, crisp nights. As I said, no Wi-Fi and if you're not with sprint you won't have any connection to the outside world. Another problem we had is the website says to turn right at Clints Well. The problem is the road only has a small sign that says FN3 and no where on the website is it mentioned that it's the Lake Mary Road that goes to Flagstaff. The restaurant on site makes a killer burger and the onion rings are excellent!!! We'll come back, but be more prepared.

When we stopped in here last month and made our reservations for this month we were told we'd be in one site and when we got there we were put in another and basically told to like it or lump it. We were unable to use our satellite because of this. Not that big a deal, but the bait and switch was at best, tacky. They do have cable, but it's very limited. The Wi-Fi is terrible. They must only have bandwidth for 2 people to be on at the same time. On the upside, this campground is very quiet and while there are lights in the park, they are fairly unobtrusive. There are many campgrounds in the Durango area and I think we'll make another choice next time around.

This is a nice little park---we had a spot by the river with water & electric, no sewer, which is okay for a couple of days. Satellite worked great and WiFi was pretty good....kinda slow at times. We'd come back!

This is a park that is right on the river. While we weren't parked on the river we were very close. I don't know that I'd say this park is big rig (36-40') friendly. They'd put a couple of big motorhomes on the river and the way they were forced to park their towed left them very vulnerable to fender benders....also office staff, while not rude or nasty were pretty taciturn...no smiles or friendly welcomes. Would think again about coming back....

Nice campground, friendly people. The only problem is the mosquitoes!! They need to spray occasionally. The staff is great, laundry very reasonably priced. Sites fairly level. Wi-Fi is okay--not a whole bunch of bandwidth to let several on at a time so you kinda take your chances. Lots of trees, but we lucked out with a spot to use the satellite. We'll come back!!

We love this park!! Under new ownership and they are the best. After a slow start with cable and wi-fi (through no fault of their own) they are finally on track. This park is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to do what they can to make you happy. Laundry facilities are excellent. We didn't use the showers or restrooms but if the rest of the park is any indication they've got to be the cleanest. We've been here about 5 weeks and plan to come back for the month of September. The people here are incredibly friendly to all who come. We highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a place to stay either for a day or two or long term.

This is a great park...very user friendly, super staff, very clean and well kept. They're very receptive to visitors at your campsite. We booked for a month, so I can't absolutely verify the daily rate. The wi-fi is free and is an excellent system...way better than some I've had to pay to access. We would very definitely recommend this park to anyone coming thru this area.

This is a great park. I agree with a previous post that says as close as it is to the freeway You'd think there'd be noise, but there isn't. We were having trouble getting our satellite TV signal and they graciously moved us until we could get one. The WiFi works great and is free. They're hoping to having Cable TV in the next few months, as soon as it's available in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will return and will recommend this park.

This is a great park--large grassy areas for people to walk on and for the kids to play on. Laundry room was very clean. Nice shady spots. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if we're in the area.

This is definitely a family oriented campground. Lots of activities for the kids--but since we don't have any kids we weren't too interested in them. The sites are smallish--we have a 36' MH and it just fit where they put us. We had room to park the car beside it, but the picnic table we had was literally beside the neighbors sewer hook-up. The wi-fi was $2/day so I didn't use it. Also charged extra $2/day for AC. Don't think we'll stay here again.

This is a great park!! Finally a park that didn't charge extra to run the A/C. Staff is super friendly, eager to help. Well kept grounds, pool and playground very clean. Wi-fi worked great...quiet place to relax and enjoy your time here. We will stay here again if we're in the area.

This is a very nice campground with one exception--the WiFi only works around the office. One would think that for $40/night they'd make more of an effort to remedy that. For those of us who conduct business on the road that's a real inconvenience. Otherwise, it's a nice clean, quiet, friendly place. Adult oriented. Would stay here again if the wifi situation is addressed.

This is a campground run by people who very recently purchased it and they've got a lot of work to do. They're trying very hard and that's working in their favor!! The sites need some leveling work, but other than that, it's okay. It's very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice campground, very well maintained as far as being kept clean is concerned. However, the sites are not close to level and even with extra boards, etc., we could not get level. previous reviewer was right--they need to spend some money and level sites and gravel the roads. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice park--we don't usually stay KOA, but decided to give this one a try. Very clean, staff attentive and helpful--very friendly. Top of the hill is a great place to be. Yes, it's far away from the showers, etc., but it's quiet and dark at night, unlike some other campgrounds that have lighting bright enough to read by! This is a great park and when we're in the area we'll stay here again.

We were there for 3 nights and had we not prepaid, we most likely would have left early. I was told several times that we were "close" to the WiFi antenna but could never get more than 5.5 mbps on a 2 bar signal...also was told when I made the reservations that the site we were going to be put in was a good spot to get a satellite dish signal, but that was not the case. We were also told that the park would be full, but there were several other spots open we could have been in that would have given us 30 amp power and cable TV...not to mention sewer hookups.

To us, this is the perfect park. Very affordable. Nice long pull thru's, free cable, $1/day wi-fi and we can even get our dish signal!! The spots are very level, it's a very clean, well maintained park. You see the staff out working constantly. The staff in the office are very helpful and friendly and there's no question they won't try to answer for you. We'd recommend this park to anyone, and since they're almost always full we're not the only ones recommending it!! Call early for your reservation!

This is a great park for a family or just a place to sit and regroup for a few days. There's a lot to see in this area and the owners are more than happy to answer questions about what to see and provide directions to get there. They were most accommodating with our satellite TV and WiFi location requests and went out of their way to be sure we were happy with our site. Will definitely be back!

If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and regroup, this is NOT your spot to do it in. This campground is a family campground and there are a lot of kids running around both on bicycles and in golf carts. They also have a problem with barking dogs..don't seem to be too interested in controlling either the dogs or the kids. The sites are wooded, we had one with full hookups. They do have WIFI now, but it's $3.95/day and has a very poor signal unless you're right under the router. Don't think we'll be back...

This is a fairly nice campground...we were there in the middle of the week so it was quiet...the seasonals were working, I guess. The wifi was very spotty--when I could get a signal I could only get a couple of web sites and very iffy e-mail. No cell service, which isn't that important. Don't know for sure if we'd stay there again or not--would probably look for something with a little easier access--the road to the campground is gravel and not very well maintained.

With sewer hook-ups this would be a perfect RV park. The wi-fi is slow, but works well. The camp hosts are very friendly and helpful. The setting is incredible--it's literally a big meadow with mountain views on all sides. Quiet, very clean and easily accessable. Great place to spend a few days.

This is a clean friendly park that only has a couple of quirks...the wifi worked until a MH pulled in between us and the router...even at best only got a 2 bar signal...worked, but slow. Also, after charging $27/night we were charged $4/day for AC and if we wanted 50 amp service that was extra as well. Often figured $27 was enough to cover the cost of AC...and 50 amp service. Sites are gravel/sand/dirt with some grass...no mosquitoes or other nasty bugs so that was definitely a plus. We'll probably stay here again if we're in the area, but will be more prepared.

If not for the mosquitoes this would be a perfect park. We cannot go outside in the evening (or most of the day) and cannot open any windows wih out literally being swarmed. Don't know what if anything can be done about it, but don't see any effort at all. It's a nice, quiet park. Large pull thrus---perfect if you don't want to un-hitch. Owner/operator is very friendly...close to town, yet far enough away to not be noisy.

This is a beautiful campground located on Fox Lake, north of Bemidji, about 10 miles. The campground has nice wide spaces with full hookups...not too many of those on water sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

If you love trains, you'll love this place!! It's behind a motel, right on Hwy 2, about 200 yards from a r/r trestle. Not quite close enough to shake the motorhome, but close enough that you definitely hear them!! Wi-fi works great--best of the year so far! Front desk people very friendly. Don't plan to getting a satellite signal for your TV, but a few sites have cable.

This is a beautiful small park right on the Salmon River. We're parked facing the river with all the beautiful wildlife to watch. It's very quiet and the management is wonderful. They're friendly and eager to please. The sites are mostly grass and well tended.

This is a new park--very friendly management. Clean, wonderfully quiet and very generous spaces. We're here for the month and have been made to feel very welcome. Wi-fi is free and definitely a big consideration when choosing where to stay.

Spaces were very small---only about 4' of grass between RV's. Wi-fi would be a big plus for this park.

We've spent alot of time here over the last 5 years. When my Dad was in the hospital in Missoula they literally allowed us to come and go as we needed to over the summer. Their flexibility and park amenities make this our favorite park to stay. The park is very clean, the amenities are great and the staff goes way out of their way to make sure everyone has what they need.
